3CX planning and services

Considering 3CX for your Bali property?

A platform name is the start of a technical conversation. The useful question is whether the proposed 3CX configuration meets your property’s needs and can be supported throughout its life.

Define the configuration before the commitment

An assessment should identify the required edition, call capacity, hosting arrangement, endpoints and carrier. The quotation should then separate software licensing, installation, integration work and ongoing support.

For an existing installation, provide the version, licence renewal date, hosting owner and a summary of the current problem. Do not send administrator passwords with an initial enquiry. Access can be arranged securely once the work is agreed.

Check hotel features against the actual requirement

The manufacturer documents hotel functions including guest check-in and check-out, wake-up calls and room-status updates. Feature availability is subject to the edition, interface and configuration. A manufacturer’s feature list is not a record of a ScandiTech-tested installation.

Translate a feature request into a test: who starts the action, what should change, where staff see the result and what they do if it fails. Confirm PMS and device prerequisites before relying on the feature in daily operations.

Make support ownership visible

The proposed scope should name who manages updates, backups, account access, licence renewal and the carrier connection. It should also distinguish troubleshooting from additional configuration or replacement hardware.

ScandiTech’s initial discussion can cover a new system, a migration or an existing 3CX concern. Confirm the technical lead, deliverables and relevant experience when agreeing the work. Installation and support commitments belong in that written scope.
